Timeline + Process

Prelaunch

Developing a pitch deck is a collaborative process. To do our best work together and position your company in its most compelling light, it will take about 4 weeks. Here’s an itinerary of what our next few weeks will look like:

Getting started

Please supply information such as any business plans, whitepapers, executive profiles, marketing materials or any information relevant to the pitch. We will then review over an initial kickoff meeting.

Week 1 Roadmap & rough outline

In the first week, you will receive a project roadmap and a rough outline of your deck. The outline will come in the form of an MS Word document outlining the different slides for your pitch. If necessary, we can make any revisions to the outline.

Week 2 Complete deck outline & design directions

The deck laid out in PowerPoint with content only, light design work. We will work together on any content tweaks here.

Also in week 2, a selection of 3 design directions are provided. This is limited to cover and interior page. You may select 1 of the 3 directions to move forward with.

Week 3 Integrated deck supplied

This is the first look at your complete deck. You will have a chance to review and request design or content edits at this time.

Week 4 Final deck supplied

Delivery of the final deck is supplied in PowerPoint or GoogleSlides. PDF upon request.
